Returns Policy

Shopping online is hard. Sometimes things arrive and they just don't fit right or look right.

We understand that. Read below for our returns process regarding refunds and exchanges. 

Exchanges

Exchanged items must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery date. Exchanges will be accepted as long as items are in the same condition they were delivered in (including original packaging and tags) and your e-receipt of purchase can be shown. Damaged or stained items will not be accepted for exchange. Please note that any refunds related to defects that were stated in the listing will not be accepted. Please check all details before purchasing. Thrift Mint is not responsible for shipping costs related to refund or exchange.

Step 1)
Email

Send an email to info@thriftmint.com with "Exchange" at the subject title. Give your reason for exchanging, include your purchase order number (which should have been sent to your email upon purchase), as well as an attached image of the item to ensure that it is still in good condition. Our style consultants will send you an exchange code as well as an address.

Step 2)
Pack it up

Pack up your product (you do not need to use the original packaging) along with the exchange code.  Send it to the address our style consultant gives you.

Step 3)
Promo code

Our style consultants will process your exchange. Once it has been processed (usually within 1-2 business days of receipt, a promo code will be emailed you. The promo code will have the same credit value as the item you have exchanged. Use the promo code on your next purchase and enjoy your new items!

Refunds

Refunded items must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery date. Full refunds will be made to the platform you used to pay as long as items are in the same condition they were delivered in (including original packaging and tags) and your e-receipt of purchase can be shown. Damaged or stained items will not be accepted for refund. Please note that any refunds related to defects that were stated in the listing will not be accepted. Please check all details before purchasing. Thrift Mint is not responsible for shipping costs related to refund or exchange.

Step 3)
Success!

Our style consultants will process your exchange and contact your payment provider. Please wait for your refund to appear in the account you used to pay with. Please note refunds may take up to 30 days to appear depending on your provider.
