Any bags with light wears or defects are meticulously touched up in-house with the highest care and specialised paints. Each restoration is customised to the individual bag, ensuring that every bag only undergoes minimal treatment.
We also offer restoration services and customisation options, allowing clients to choose color change on leather and hardware. Contact us for more details on customisation and restoration pricing!

What is the return policy?
Shopping online is hard. We understand that sometimes things arrive and they just don't look right. We accept refunds and exchanges within 7 days of the delivery date. Reach out to info@thriftmint.com or contact us via our Instagram (@thrift.mint) for details!
ARE ALL YOUR PRODUCTS AUTHENTIC?
Every bag undergoes a thorough authentication process twice, once by third-party authentication company, and once more in-house by our authentication experts.
HOW LONG DOES THE SHIPPING TAKE?
Shipping times depend on each country's customs processing times and shipping type. For local shipping, most packages will arrive within 2 days. For international shipping, local standard shipping can take up to 3 weeks, whereas expedited private shipping services such as DHL or Fedex can guarantee delivery within 2 days. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you're unsure of which shipping option to select!
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping fees depend on the shipping service selected. Local shipping is free, whereas international shipping fees can range from HK$200 to HK$1000. Customs fees and taxes are not included, so be sure to check before purchasing!
do you offer restoration services?
Yes we do! Restoration services are tailor-made for each bag and start from HK$400 for basic cleaning and retouching. Each bag will require different techniques. Please contact us for an evaluation of your restoration needs.
do you offer consignment services?
Yes we do! However, it is only offered on a case-by-case basis to align with our careful selection process. Please send us photos of the item you'd like to consign via email or Instagram to receive a quote!
